It is ducktales. Dude just a dumbass. I did a paper on eels a long time ago. They are not asexual and they do reproduce just like a fish does. They just don’t reproduce until they are much older and don’t grow sex organs until they are very old. Maybe I’m mixing my eels up but dude is def fugazi.

they probably reproduce in death as asexual creatures. Not that I’m a scientist but maybe when they die their brain sends out “larvae” or something and that’s how new eels form
