Why do White Liberals ALWAYS want to see Black People as Charity Cases and Victims?

I'm so sick of white liberals...and no...I'm not conservative. I was a Dem but I'm done with that. I just realized both parties are not here for Black People. I'm Black FIRST these days.

But I used to check out a lot of Liberal media and even share thoughts and opinions in those largely white liberal spaces.

After Trump was gone, and Biden was in office, I stopped checking them outr cause I noticed the same shyt from them.

The only black people they talked about were victims of racism.
The only black people they talked about were DEAD (victims of racism)
The only Black people they wanted to discuss were folk in prison that needed to be freed.
They would rarely talk about Black Men and really focus more on Black Women (gender divide).

They have that white savior complex.

They're always there to help you when you don't need it and when you do they're nowhere to be found.

Those stories and the way they're framed are what white audiences with those leanings are comfortable with. And the only time most of them will watch a news segment about Black people.
I fukk with Black media because they show a more three dimensional picture of Black people and issues. Blacks are the default group in Black owned and centered media, so the stories don't need to fit categories that white audiences are accustomed to.
