1. Because they grew up in a society where they've always been taught that because they're women, they have no power or control. But hen they realize that when it comes to men, they do.

2. Because what are you gonna do, hit her? Yell at her in public? Imagine if every time you saw someone discipline their spoiled child in public verbally or physically that the parent would go to jail for it. Puts a lot of power in the hands of the child, right.
