Why do women wear tight clothes to the gym or to workout?

This really doesn't make any sense to me? Dudes be in the gym with baggy tanks, Tees and sweats or shorts and women in in a sports bra and the tightest yoga pants they can fit in.





There has to be a logical reason for this that I'm just missing....

Basically all female fitness influencers wear the same clothes so it’s basically a thing now for women to wear “fitness” clothing when going to the gym.

Gymshark had one of the most successful marketing campaigns in Instagram history

All of the fitness clothing marketed to women is skin tight and all that shyt anyways
