I don't think I've heard a single nyc female speak as masculine as her
Them new york latinas sound just as masculine.. it ain't a race thing.Generally when people try to say the black women sound masculine, what they really mean is
unless they talking about some britney griner sounding bytch than yeah i see it.
Nah you don’t get it. Shorty voice don’t even sound masculine. Most hood women use the same vernacular as the men in their city. But I’ve notice NY and some B more girls be having actual bass to their voice too.
But I get it. NY nikkas be unnecessarily aggressive/rude sometimes. So the women have to be extra tough to be on guard.
They usually only refer to black women when they say this. I actually think it's mainly people who are in poverty. And it's an affectation for self defense because of where they are from. I've told my Remy Ma story, she can be really sweet and sounds feminine. But she grew up in the Bronx during the fukking 80's. Im sure it was the same for La Chat growing up in Memphis and Lady of Rage in Cali. You are a product of where your were raised and the culture and climate.Generally when people try to say the black women sound masculine, what they really mean is

The depth sounds more menacing. Like there is weight behind it. That's how it hits the ear. Higher lilt in the voice makes use think of weakness or submission. What does a deep voice have to do with being on guard?
You think an aggressive dude gives a f*ck about a persons bass?
Yes.Hood chicks sound Masculine in general.
Nah it's definitely race related for the most part as I noted above. NY Latinas (Dominicans, Ricans, etc) are mostly Black so they're pretty much get bottled in with Black Women.Them new york latinas sound just as masculine.. it ain't a race thing.
