Why does French get a pass to say the N WORD?

If you live in the Hood in NY, you get a pass to say nikka. French gets a pass for the same reason Big Pun and Fat Joe did. Jim Jones isn't black either.
I know people from out of NY don't get it, but Hispanics, even white kids, who grew up in the hood and are apart of that culture say nikka all the time and nobody cares.
