Why does Jordan get a pass on his 2 year break and Wizards run?

Lebron will never escape his finals losses. MJ rarely gets called out on his underwhelming/unneeded Wizards return or getting a 2 year break from all the stress and emotional toll going to the finals every season would do to someone. This stuff needs to be brought up more when discussing King James and MJ

Michael Jordan's NBA career didn't end as an NBA champion in 1998. It ended in 2003 with a 37-45 team

You ever hear the saying "Winning cures everything"? Well then, what does being the GOAT do? That's your answer.

As a Bulls fan, I like to pretend those two years never happened. But his last year he was putting up 20/6/4/2 on 45% at 40 years old. Should actually be talked about more:ehh:

But that's the thing, any blight on his career is overlooked. Lebron gets none of that.

I know I fully expected a 40 year old, Kwame Brown, Ty Lue, Christian Laettner, and Larry Hughes to make noise in May and June. :ohhh:

He's the GOAT. We were just happy to see him on the court again...but 40 years old is 40 years old.

We're already getting to the point that people are forgetting the WOAT finals performance from a Mt. Rushmore player. The Mavs finals (when he was in his prime) disqualified him from any GOAT conversation.

Now talking heads have conveniently forgotten about it and the MJ/Lebron stuff is all over the place again.

What's with this open-booty queer HYPERBOLE talk in sports? :mindblown: Define "gets a pass." WTF is that equate to, 'gets a pass?' Those years are factored into his career averages. What the fukk is this, boxing or MMA? :dahell: :what:
