As much as I can't stand Em's current music and can't stand his fanbase, I know he is the ONLY rapper who can destroy Drake's career on wax.
Harsh truth to the Drake fans/stans on here. From 2008 to now his whole career has been driven by seeking the validation of real rappers and real hood nikkas. Til this day, that has NEVER happened.
Everyone he has "beefed" with (Common, Meek, Buddens) has put in more work in hip-hop and contributed more to hip-hop culture than Drake. Drake has actually ruined hip-hop in many ways. Mainly cause he thinks he's above beef and has a fanbase that has no knowledge of hip-hop they will change the rules and move goalposts to support their idol.
Eminem has endless amounts of freestyles. He has battled everyone from Percee P & Supernatural to Everlast & ICP. He came up in the battle scene. He had to work alot harder to be seen as credible in hip-hop than Drake simply because of the timeframe he came up in (in the late 90s when lyrics mattered and the public really wasn't taking white rappers seriously cause most were either gimmicks or were never promoted on the level of others, he had to compete with lyricists). Drake just buys lyrics, co-signs, and followers. Eminem's has collabed with everyone from Thirstin Howl The Third of the Lo-Lifes to (classic NYC gang that helped to make Polo popular in the hood) Chino XL, RZA, and KRS-One has worked under Dr. Dre's wing, put on many rappers, put on for Detroit, etc. Eminem is actually hip-hop, Drake is not. You won't find a clip of Eminem freestyling off a blackberry cause it doesn't exist. On the other hand....for Drake? What does he even write?
That's really what Drake doesn't want. If a battle ever occurred, Em would wash him something terrrible on some Jay crying on Hot 97 after Ether premiered shyt. All he will have are his dumb female fans with their rihanna dad hats, supreme hoodies, yoga pants, and vans low tops. That's it.

I think Drake knows he won't be accepted in hip-hop much longer, which is why he's trying to work to pop/R&B/dancehall hybrid and take that audience who just want music to party to.
Even though Em has had a history of ducking real rappers disses and dissing pop stars, when he has dissed rappers it was thorough and full of some absolutely brutal rhymes.
