Because nobody here makes more than 40k a year. No one who makes more than that have the time nor interest to be posting on a hip hop forum.

This is a pretty broad generalization. The girl who runs one of my companies does more than that in a week just from putting real estate deals together nevermind the licensing/lead-generation stuff we do....She's a killer though (even better than me)

This idea that "oh you should be too busy to post on here" is complete b.s. The reason people are in business is for freedom. If you ain't building a subtractive autonomus business ...then wtf are you doing ? Chasing ambulances ? Reacting to stuff instead of proactively getting market share ?

The reason there isn't a thread here ....is because most of the business threads here ...suck. Just like most small businesses...suck as well.

I'm not even inspired to share knowledge anymore because people won't take action...They just won't do it. I've charged companies upwards of $50K to teach them how to double their company in 60 days and charged them even more to implement these strategies (not tactics) and guess what happens as soon as we leave ?


They go back to being lazy, incompetent and downright ignorant. So why bother in the first place ?
