Why Does the Cross Gen Game Kena Look Better than Infinite?

I thought Kena was next gen only, especially after seeing its graphics in 4k, and was surprised to find out its a cross gen game. Its coming out for PS4, PS5, and PC this year.

Yet I look I Infinite and see an abomination

How could you not be offended by Infinite as a consumer?
