Why does the MLB have it's shyt together more than other leagues?

I mean with the players, how the players are treated, money, the owners, the developmental system, etc.

It's probably the league with the oldest fan base and ran by the oldest people, but it just seems like the mistakes in the MLB pale in comparison to the other big league.

It's also odd that no one has said anything about them grabbing players fresh outta HS. Then the Braves pulled some fukk shyt on Atlanta simply because they don't wanna be around ******s without saying it. It's white people last sport with a majority of white stars outside of hockey so it's well taken care of.
