I just don't understand it. It's a blueprint that is proven to be effective. And it's not like we have super superior passers at every position. I wonder the same thing when playing pickup games. Everyone wants to shoot like Steph and Klay but no one gravitates to the passing which is even more important than the shooting is.

draymond is a superior passer than the average power forward
iguadala is a better passer than most small forwards
steph is steph
shawn livingston was a 6'7 point guard (enough said)
zaza is a pretty good passer for center
durant developed his playmaking
the only person in your starting lineup and immediate bench that isnt above average passing is klay
you're also forgetting you have the best spacing cause you have 2 of the best shooters of all time...and kevin durant has impeccable range.

you have many versatile players skill wise....especially passing

It's a fair question and some posters have given good responses. Granted not every squad has GS star power but its far more entertaining to watch teams that get the ball moving vs. teams where one guy pounds the ball
