I sit here and I see pundits talk about the protests and ask what are the next steps? Hit them in their fukking pocket!!

They talk about the NFL issuing an apology to black players and Kaepernick and say why now? Stadiums can’t be filled and they are hemorrhaging money and can not afford loss of tv advertising revenue. You think these trump supporting devil owners had a change of heart?

All business are pushing black lives matter agenda. Why? First and foremost the people have spoken and we are sick of this injustice. Equally important the fact that these business have sustained unimaginable losses from the pandemic and need people to support them.

Do you not realize the power we hold in this moment? I sit and say to myself if we just focused attention and finances to only policies and businesses that support us and we would bring this system to its knees. Money at the state level redirected to predominantly black Schools. No questions asked. Resources, computers. Money redirected to hospitals in predominantly black areas. Black business, period. End food deserts in black communities. Community involvement in police matters in inner city. Period. You don’t support we shut you down. No finances. Zero. It just seems so simple to me. This power is not a fad. This power can not be forgotten. We are the chosen people. This moment could be the realization of Marcus and Malcolm and Martin. All it requires is one final and permanent step.

It is simple and it always works. Corporations see green. It’s even more noticeable if black boycott because we’re probably the least likely to save and invest, yet we have an annual spending power of 1.52 trillion. So we make money collectively, despite all the bs, we just don’t invest it.

Black pain, marginalization, discrimination and exploitation has made numerous people rich in this country since it’s beginning.

You 100% right. What will it take to get everyone on board though? I think that's the hard part.

you will never get 100% involvement. It’s bringing together the enlightened ones. There’s enough of us. It really comes down to what platform do we use to spread the info to each other. I’ve thought of a site maybe, a black boycott list. Have the companies and the demands they must meet. Once the demands are met they are off the list.

This moment in time is so critical because companies are hemorrhaging money. They can’t manage more sustained losses, let alone a boycott. This is literally the one time black folks can get all demands met.

Definitely!! I think celebrity influence too, lets say LeBron, Beyonce, and a few more celebrities tell everyone to boycott certain businesses people will listen.
