Why doesn't MLB recruit or scout for pitchers from the Middle East?

It make perfect sense if you think about it. They start hurling rocks with pinpoint accuracy at tanks at an early age and can clip the wing off a fly from a 100 yards away. They work good under pressure dodging bullets from AK47s, rubber bullets, drones and scud missles. If not the MBL then throwing bombs downfield as quarterbacks
