because whenever you expect people to have your back with no foundation your bond is not solid. All the other races that you think stick together, you really think it's only because they're all jews or all chinese or whatever? beyond the race/ethneticity they share, more importantly, they bring value to eachother. they don't help eachother out out of pity or out of racial pride. they actually figure out ways to be needed and therefore have to stick together. by being needed to eachother, they organize out of necessity and have eachother's back because it's in their selfish interest ironically. the sooner we realize that concept and mature into it, the sooner we'll learn to "stick together".

This is the answer right here. Incentives and benefits will keep anyone together. Right now the black community is eroded and its every man for himself. Its just going to be like that until collective changes are made.

From what I see, damn near every place there are blacks, only a few get wealth while the rest suffer. and the ones who get wealth refuse to build up their own people. This is why they come here even though their homeland is majority black.
Look at this video, and notice how everyone is suffering while the fake ass king is living better then most Westerners. There is only ONE DOCTOR for 6,000 people!. What kind of shyt is that. Go to Jamaica, the people in power make deals that benefit them but hurt the island in the long run. Go to Haiti, the same thing. I can keep going on. Yeah, when they come here they stick together but that is because there are very little of them, it's hard to assimilate so you group up with people who are like you but as soon as there kids get used to the land watch that unity not be there anymore, at least as strong as their parents especially if they live around whites. When they live around black americans or latins they stick to themselves a lot but, not when them whites are around. Watch as time goes on, that you see what I say is true, IF you are honest with yourself.

@Turbulent has the perfect reason, and solution, to unity. It's about being selfish in a smart, long term thinking. Most blacks in the world think selfishly in the short term. I'm learning this the hard way. Caring for people who don't want to put in the work to better themselves and just want to keep doing what they are used to, is a waste of time and energy.
