Why don't bus companies make RVs?

companies like nova bus or new flyer.... I watched vids with rvs with wheelchair lifts and converting a low floor bus into a rv would be better... and safer..... the only problem I see is cost....... low floor buses flat out cost more........ hmmmmmmmm I think I just answered my own question...... what are your thoughts?
