Bum thugs cannot afford Bieber tickets. Yeah, I don't like Bieber but he's popular and tickets to his show wouldn't be cheap. Plus, you also have to get there too. So, you got to pay for gas or bus ride for 30 guys, maybe parking if you drove there, then 30 tickets for 30 thugs. Most would just shrug plans of that expense off and go out and spray paint a bridge or something.
