why dont nba refs enforce the travelling rule?

The one I wish they called more is when someone catches a past at the top of the key and shuffles their feel 100 times. Start calling that shyt and put an end to it.

this is why european and brazilian basketball is better. they actually follow the rules instead of relying on athleticism and refs that dont enforce rules. nba is like the wwe. its not real basketball.
Half the people on this forum don't know what traveling is.
Who knows? It's probably an eye-level thing. Trying to watch over all of these moving giants while making sure the physical contact is clean, the time in the paint is legit, and keeping track of the clocks & coaches....travelling probably slips their mind and they become unsure. If you get a travel wrong, imagine the crowd reaction and accusations.
