Why don't they put all US power lines underground?

Greed by the utilities
They usually set up fees that you pay for future undergrounding of lines with the cities
It cost alot of money
Blame bad city & county governments for not pushing for it

Do like Chicago, put the powerlines in the back not the front. Same reason why they developed alleys in the back to put the trash back there, not the front.
