Why don't you Jailbreak or Root?

I've rooted my last two androids and it didn't make much of a difference in my user experience

Plus.......... There isn't that much of a reason to root android phones because they do 99% of the stuff I want to do right out the box

IDK tbh. I heard jailbreaking lagged your phone so I just never did it.

Funny thing is that earlier this year I had the urge to jailbreak my phone. My shyt was slowing down and I knew I was getting the new iPhone so I was like fukk it why not just try it? Was looking up all the cool shyt you could do and all the apps and everything. I had everything ready but I had updated my phone to the new iOS a few days earlier and saw that there was no jailbreak for that version so I was like fukk it.

You jailbreak because:

Apple are tight wads and wont open up the OS.

free apps(hasnt been my reason in a minute but its a benefit non the less)
better tweaks and customization (i usually only fukk with the tweaks)
access to the file system (big one for me cuz i usually add the ability to download from safari or chrome)
added functionality (shyt that apple usually steals later )
hacks (free NFL Network, Free NBATV, etc all from hacks done to the app)

I rooted my Galaxy S3 to flash Cyanogen Mod cause I love stock Android. Coming from iPhone shyt was a hassle, felt like I was learning physics. I said fukk that and moved on to a GPE Galaxy S4. I have absolutely no need to root. Google backs up all your stuff for you anyway.
I think they're coming with a GPE S5 might cop that or a Nexus 6
