Why exactly were people high on the Texans but not the Falcons??

many had them pegged as SB winners. why tho? the team doesn't have a history in the playoffs and they were exposed by the Packers something serious, while looking shaky against some shyt teams

while the Falcons prolly the most disrespected squad in the league (for good reason)

Falcons seem stronger than the Texans to me. But these dome teams need that homefield or its a wrap at first instance.

Prolly because we've seen the Falcons lose at the crib with homefield throughout and follow that up with 0 offensive points last year against NY. The Texans gave the Ravens all they wanted last year with their 3rd string QB. But yeah after getting ginsued by Brady and Rodgers the respect for the Texans will surely drop and rightfully so.

Schaub's ineptitude in both games has really hurt the rest of the team's perception. If Schaub plays anything like his usual self it's a different game. I still like Houston over anybody in Houston if they can get healthy.

That's ridiculous cause the Texans don't even play like a dome team. They a run team with a lot of their passing game based off the run.

falcons have been struggling in playoffs, while texans gave baltimore a run for its money last year with a third string qb starting

texans also have (had ? at this point their D doesnt appear that great anymore) a more proven defense.
although mike nolan is quietly building a pretty good D in the A', most nolan Ds get tired out towards the end of the season....
