You generally marry who you're around, so yes as the more of us who happen to leave our enviroment( hoods) unfortunately some will marry out. If you live around go to college with white asians etc you have a higher chance of marrying that race.

To answer op question, its due to a variety of factors such as nikkas sitting around watching white girls and Latinas on the hub all day, the swirling movement, black men appearing "cool" to whites due to the Kardashians, black people just being c00ns in general, and just people naturally liking each other. There's most likely a ton of others as well that I can't think of right now.
