Why Hillary has no choice but to pick Bernie as VP

Let's be honest. There is no other choice if she wins the pledged delegates. Why you might ask?

1) She will win by at most 200 pledged delegate, but most likely less then 100 because the entire month of may is stacked against her.

2) Bernie followers ARE NOT only democrats loyal to the party. Most of them are independents and independents decide the president, not the base.

3) Bernie hijacked the Democratic Base. They might vote Jill Stein if he is not the VP.

4) Her likability is at an all time low and his likability is at an all time high amonst any nominee EVER.

5) The down ticket will blow unless Bernie gives the word. Every candidate he endorsed has raised 100s of thousands of dollars per month from Bernie supporters exclusively. As Joe says "Everytime he coughs, he raises a million dollars.

How does hillary cover all these bases? How does she stop disenfranchised democrats from going to trump just to spite her?

These are not minorities. These are middle class and poor white people that are advocating for Bernie. These people could easily switch to trump. They have no loyalty to her helping minorities? They care about disastrous trade deals.

So this is it. She must eat her pride and pick Bernie. On top of that, he will demand that certain policies be done no matter what. She will have to concede on those and make Bernie the most powerful VP in history.

If she doesn't its going to be a nightmare managing the new factions in the democratic party and independents who normally vote D.

Not going to happen. The question is if she's arrogant enough to not add some of the progressive platform to hers. She'll probably beat Trump but she's gonna need Independents and Progressives siding with her to help the down ticket. I don't see her doing that with her platform right now.

So many reasons this won't happen. Differ too much on many policies. Economic and foreign policies too far apart. She thinks she's winning on policy. Remember her camp thinks they've moved left enough somehow. I don't know how cuz I can't recall a single policy she's adopted from Bernie tbh. Theres not a single thing she'd adopt from Bernie cuz her donors don't approve. She wants Jeb's donors as well. Frankly, if she adopts a policy, many people would have a hard time believing her and if she adopts one and doesn't do it, she doesn't want to be held accountable. Lets be clear. She's the change nothing candidate.The Clintons' egos are through the stratosphere. I'm sure she thinks I got this in the bag. Who are they gonna vote for? Donald Trump? Really?

You have to understand what we're dealing with here. A republican party that hates its own candidate. That candidate saying everything he can to draw people away. To her, she's got it in the bag. To her, these are ideal circumstances. She can transform herself into anything and it won't matter. Dems will vote for her and Republicans can't stomach voting for Trump. You got Trump out there saying ridiculous shyt regarding the economy that practically makes voting for him morally unethical in so many ways.

The media stays making it sound like the differences between Bernie & Hillary are miniscule when it couldn't be further from the truth. On the Republican side, Trump is personifying the right wing ID with the religion thrown out the window. Only big difference is Trump being so America first (like right wingers love to see themselves as) that the corporate friendly economic policy of the right is thrown out the window under America-firstism that his supporters love so dearly no matter how cartoonish it expresses itself in any policy.

I'd settle for a Cory Booker and not pack my bags to exit this country as quickly. He'll have no power but it's a sign that she at least acquiesced the fact that her PR machine can't win it all.

Warren will never become President she is too educated and can't dumb herself down enough to appeal to the average Joe and Jane. So yes, she needs to remain in the Senate where she can continue to help blockade stupid legislation and promote the right ones. I never understood all the hype about the Presidential Race more so in that I figured whoever became President could just serve as a last defense for that party in case a stupid bill made it through. So for example it was a miracle Obamacare actually got passed through but if a Republican was President naturally it would never successfully be implemented. Really we need to be concerned about who's in the Senate. Is Obama going to go back to Illinois as a Senator eventually? I would like to see him clean up the mess he left with Rahm Emmanuel and Friends and cut the death rate down in Chiraq. Seriously.
