gangs and gang territory. nuff said.
just seen a pimp chase his ho around with a trash can and proceed to beat her to death.
plastic surgery. i can change my character anytime i want.
clothing options. unlikited because you can choose whatever colors you want for every piece.
car customisation. shyts all over gta vs.
owning businesses in your hoods and earning money.
sticking up shops with a minigame.

i mean im not gonna sit here and play SA because the graphics and game engine are so bad its unplayable in 2015. gta v i dont know what the fukk they were trying to do with that trash game. novody wants to play 3 characters.

gta series fell off so bad since the ps2 version like vice city and san andreas. like they just took all the good features out and focused on graphics

As far as free roaming games in the vein of GTA and SR goes, it's only behind GTA San Andreas for me when it comes to how much fun I had.
Didn't take itself seriously but was serious enough to not be outrageously stupid.
I was so disappointed by SR 3.
Somehow the city seemed smaller and the city felt nowhere near as "alive."
Was nowhere near as fun either.
