Why is ATL the center of tricking, sugaring, etc?

I was at a Thanksgiving dinner yesterday with the fam and in between my eating and watching the Redskins game I overhead a rather interesting convo my cousins and sisters where having:

Cousin 1: So I was with our cousins in ATL and Tara has like a man for everything. We were going to this one party and she was like "Ciara, don't tell anybody this, but I have like a sugar daddy and after this party I'll have to go see him for a bit".

What exactly about ATL makes it such a hotbed for selling and buying the box as compared to other cities with a significant black population?

Why not Houston (similar type of nightlife)
Why not DC/DMV (one of the wealthiest black regions)
NOLA, NYC, LA etc

I watched a video of these recently because a friend/business partner wants to move to ATL so bad and is doing everything in his power to try and persuaded me. I not really feeling the idea though.

Anyway in the video I watched dude said that it's because so many people in ATL are fronting about the $ they don't have. He said a lot of people there will do anything for money because the job market just isn't there. So people are in the business of using each other to come up. So if you have money and are willing to pay you can pretty much have as many beautiful women as you want. Couple that with the high female to male ratio, there is a lot of single women.

nikka all those places are hotbeds.
-NOLA's biracial population was partially built on this since times of slavery, and Jelly Roll Morton and Louis Armstrong regularly played in Storyville, which was the Red Light District.
DC- Georgetown has a lot of undercover brothels for the politicians/lobbyists/movers&shakers. K St. used to be the street where more underage girls were trafficked then anywhere else in the US. Its so many secretaries around there who are fukking their way up (both genders )

I know some people paying anywhere from 40-100 for the box. Sugar daddy is just a fancied up term. Consider the dude who is paying usually has a family, is paying her for the convenience of going home, and not fukking up his home.
