Pretty much, because he doesn't understand their getting the same amount of money based on % increase.... 15million dollars a year on the new 107 million cap is equivalent to 9 million on the old 67 million salary cap... Your telling me Caroll/TT/Green don't deserve 10million dollars a year based on the % of the old salary cap. Some of these deals are bad contracts regardless of the new cap. Carroll ain't worth $60 million if the salary cap was $300 million

Amir is different than these others, that's a two year deal and the second year isn't guaranteed.
And you do have to spend the majority of it and if you don't the difference gets spread out to the players on your roster.
