Why is it so rare to find men and women who want to wait anymore?

Like I said, none of what you're talking about has anything to do with my original post and you're still bringing up unrelated points. The thread was about people waiting until marriage to have sex. I disagree with that premise because, in my opinion, waiting until you're married could be a mistake if you and your partner aren't on the same page sexually (you can communicate all you want but you won't actually know until it happens). It's really that simple.

It is only a mistake if you don't take the time to know who you're marrying BEFORE you get married. That is the one and only point.

Most reasonable people would assume that if two people are in a serious relationship then they are meeting each other's standards so I figured I didn't have to spell that out. You literally don't know anything about my standards so you can cut that shyt out. Sleeping with a woman who you trust or would want to be the mother of your kids is my point, but you're stuck on marriage. You can be in a legitimate relationship without marriage.

The only 'standard' I know about you is that you won't wait for marriage before having sex with a woman you're with. I never said that any relationship besides marriage wasn't 'legitimate', but many people live in shacks rather than houses and call that home because it meets their 'standards'.......

From that religious thread in HL I can tell you enjoy arguing for the sake of arguing so I'll go ahead and end this discussion right now. Feel free to disagree.

Meh, I just view things differently due to experience and being the only theological noncognitivist in HL (or this whole site AFAIK). I'm the only one who actually can show why atheism is untrue and rife with circular reasoning masquerading as 'logic'. They told me I need to take a few years of philosophy in order to know why raping a baby is wrong.......
