Why is Jay Rock's "Follow Me Home" so underrated?

I've been listening to this album again for some reason all week and it still has me

My mans was rapping his heart out on that album..you can feel that emotion in his bars its not like he's spitting bullshyt either..jay rock can legit rap

excellent production that fits his style...a fresh west coast sound...why is he so slept on period?
