Why is Kat Williams considered funny?

I know humor is subjective and what might be seen as funny to one person may not be funny to another, so for you guys that find Kat Williams funny, what makes him funny? I watched a lot of his clips on YouTube and his comedy routine is him mostly cursing as if that is so supposed to be humorous.

Don't watch clips watch the whole show. For me it's not necessarily the joke itself it's him. His delivery and the way he looks. He's so short and his permed hair be flopping around is a joke in itself.

Voice
Short stature
"Pimp persona"
Physical comedy that wasn't corny
Doesn't recycle jokes
Plus he was a good comedian without above.
He was in a way a "hood" alternative to Dave chapelle

All together made him funny as fukk.

Katt Williams is funny because he can tell a joke, create the story for it, deliver the punch line with some very funny physical comedy (alot of people forget that) from that one little stool and have you rolling as opposed to fishing for laughs, or making funny voices (Kevin Hart) or Gyrating like he's on PCP (Remember Dane Cook?) and do it again.

Alot of people don't like the cursing and I can agree with that, but being a foul mouthed person myself, Katt's right at home with me.

Personally, this shyt alone kills whatever I've seen from Kevin Hart's first two specials I watched, trying my best to be subjective but couldn't find him funny past a few sporadic jokes that he rode for WAY to the fukk long.

When he was in pocket he was one of the best to ever do it. His energy on stage was amazing. He is the last comedian to actually make me laugh till tears came.
