I would imagine the popular belief is Asians aren't taking low level jobs nor are they inhabiting traditional black neighborhoods. Whitey likes them because they supposedly come with knowledge that can be utilized in the tech sector

They keep a low profile, I sometimes forget I have Asian neighbors. I never hear any noise from them, even when I am being too loud. They definitely know how to stay under the radar.
