It is not in their nature to seek to dominate in the areas you listed. Those who actually do, tend to have an imbalance of hormones. Or to make a point. And when that point is made, they dissolve naturally into their programmed roles.

Because it was (and still is in certain societies) something that is controlled and monitored by men. Women according to men aren't meant to be promiscious whereas men have the freedom and full reign to act out on their promiscuity. This creates a desire in women to be sexually "free" and the women in western grabbed this "freedom" with both hands while shouting they were liberated.

There is a very large segment of women who view sexual freedom as the most powerful feminine thing. Viewing Meg the Stallion as a far more important figure than Oprah or Stacey Abrams

Promiscuity especially when done under the assumption of "taking power back" is participated in and celebrated by those who more than likely have unresolved sexual trauma

Not saying all women believe being hypersexual is real freedom but there are many. Namely by late Millenials and Gen Z
