Why is the Site down longer than usual in the early morning?

There’s usually maintenance going on for 45 minutes at around 1:30 AM PST. For 2 out of the past 3 days the site has been down longer. I noticed today it was from 2:30 AM to about 4:15 AM.

Did they switch the hours and make it longer? I Avoid this site at 1:30 AM ish, so I’m not sure if it’s been up during that time.

It's been about two hours now

It normally goes down between 3 AM and 5 AM for me, but it's up again by no later than 7 AM.
