You would think as the region with 54% of the black population, that nikkas in the south would be the main nikkas putting hands and getting physical with cacs, but they're by far the least.

Texas is the lone star state and does things differently.

I just think northern blacks have been mistreated more in the recent past. Redlining, Cointelpro and all the issues with urban decay mainly affected northern metropolitan areas. Just too many people packed together with way too much racism.
