Why is there no third world white country/civilization?

There is poverty in Eastern Europe. My dad is Albanian (awckward as hell whenever I visited the country) and a lot of people were struggling. Kinda racist place though because the most poor were the Gypsies. Their poverty isn't extremely bad though because a lot of money flows into Eastern Europe from Western Europe and the U.S from the immigrants who left like my dad who sends back a lot of money to any family I still have there.

You do understand first/second/third world were not originally economic classifications, right?

During the cold war countries thought to be under the influence/allied with the USA/western Europe/NATO were codified as "first world". Those countries aligned with the USSR/Warsaw place were"second world".

Areas not yet colonized/incorporated into each axis were considered the third world. Somewhere down the line, though, third world became a euphemism for extremely poor.

Whites ushered in the contemporary era, so they benefit from it more so than other races...

Those folks living in mud huts are 'poor' in a modern sense but they usually have all their basic needs met since they're still operating in an age old system.

In other words they're actually not poor they just live a more traditional lifestyle.

And to answer your question yes there are a handful of poor Eastern European countries
