Yeah it works... and the pharmaceutical companies want to get paid. Granted, they put in money up front for research, development and testing. Once it passes FDA approval, they get to sell it. Now, they are up against a clock, so to speak. They have 20 years to sell it under their brand name before it can be made by any other company under a generic label. It is what it is.
