I think I can read and understand what I am reading BETTER than 95% of the posters on this forum...

(2) My view is NOT "if you don't support Obama you support El Chapo"...My question is "Why do criminals get MORE glory in Hip Hop vs Barack Obama (a better symbol of success and Black potential)?"

(3) The fact that most of you who have disagreed have yet to give a thoughtful reply tells A LOT...People know Hip Hop is STUPID, but they still want to defend it with bullshiz rationalization, but when somebody asks hard questions then it is "you are racist,,,but but it is my culture...and blah blah"...

If rappers actually tried to motivate, uplift and inspire their listeners then maybe Obeezy would get more mentions maybe?
Would be kind of hypocritical to mention obama and then in your next line shoot another black man or sip lean

Rappers are actually trying trying to uplift and inspire their listeners...The PREDOMINANT message of the kulture is "crime pays"...So, that's why "at some point" successful criminals are often glorified...

The kulture is NOT about Black Folk doing better for themselves...At least, I don't see the evidence for it in pop Hip Hop...
