He has a super bowl ring and he always has his team in the playoffs, yet he is never mentioned among the top coaches. When he does he get praise they say he is a motivator and not an X's and O's guy

In all honesty, the offense is Haley's and even though he's a defensive coach who worked in 4-3 D's most of his career prior to Pittsburgh, they have run LeBeau's 3-4 since he's been there so there's not a lot of X and O credit to give him
