I think the only nikka they have been especially good to is Samuel L Jackson. Is there anything specific that they are doing that places them above supporting your own with black banks? Not attacking your decision, I'm genuinely curious.

You make it seem like black owned banks just chilling there in between a bank of America and a wells Fargo. Unless you live in a major metropolitan city the odds of you even having a black owned bank around are damn near 0% - 0.01%

Nothing its not. Just because there's one black bank with one branch in a city of 3 million people doesn't mean anything. Other factors play into this. Where is that one branch located in relation to where I'm located? Is it on the other side of town? Am I going to have to drive past 30 other banks to get to it? People have already brought up the access to their money whenever and wherever.

You put up the map yourself. Look at all those empty states. Even the whole state of California only has 2. The state of Florida only has 2. 48 banks for 50 states isn't enough.

I use to be with Carver bank on Jamaica Ave. Unfortunately the recession destroyed them, and they got bought out by bigger banks ( JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs).

So I went to MCU ( municipal credit union). They good folks, But I do wish there was a really strong black owned bank. I would do it in a heartbeat.

Ally Bank: 1.0%

When it comes to savings, always best to get the highest rate.
