I feel where you're coming from. I get it all the time from the older ladies at my job. They're always like oh Manny your such a nice guy, we need to find you a good woman. I mess around with some of them and tell them "one woman, I want many, lol". Or stuff like when a customer leaves and I tell them have a good day, night, etc. I'll tell my co-worker, "she'll have a better night if I was going home with her" just joking around with them. So yeah it happens. They see you at work so much and know how you are and they just feel like you should be with someone. It's nothing, just laugh it off and joke about it. They just mean well.
