Its like you get treated in batt (75th)when you without a ranger tab, even though you may have time down range and passed the same selection as others. Its just part of the bones.

Team guys(SF operators)are the same way with their xrays (non prior service Special Forces) because they were given some training to help increase their readiness, versus prior service guys have to essentially "pay blood" upfront.

Or better way, difference between being in a mafia family or being made, you gotta earn that in blood
