in 2019 NYC rape per cap was 33.3 per 100,000

I knew someone was going to come here and say this so here are the physical numbers.
New York City with population of 8.8 million had 2,770 rapes in 2019
Chicago with a population of close to 3 million had 1,760 rapes in America.
If Chicago had 8.8 million people with that same rape statistics that means there would be over 6,000 rape cases per year

Except rape happens in our community at a way higher rate than other communities so it becomes our problem just like murder rates and robbery rates.
