By a bunch of people. Joe Cool made the Snoop Doggy Dogg logo in '92 when he got out of prison. I mean can't you tell just by looking at the cover of it that it's fake? The cover uses the "Impact" font that came first with Windows '95. shyt, even the song "Do You Remember" is from 1998 and people actually some how think it's from '91.
