nikka is a "moral philosopher", he don't know shyt about IQs; he was spewing conjecture and pseudoscience in this case.

Not to down him completely because I agree with his ideas in other issues.

This has been studied by people who spend their whole lives researching IQ, the correct answer is better nutrition and living conditions.
