Why people walking around with chapped, dry, peeling lips?

I never seen no black man or woman walking around with peeling lips.

The culprits are usually asians (paags) too. If only they knew about chapstick or burts bees. I got them big lips but my shyt be soft, pillowy and smooth bytches love biting them.
