Their quality went way down. Pizza Hut got a great variety of specialty pizzas that could do numbers but they be bullshyttin. Big Foot, OG Stuffed Crust, Triple Decker (90s shyt), New Yorker, Sicilian, P’Zone, they got hella shyt to work with but they don’t.

Pizza Hut was charging extra for being Pizza Hut. Dominos was the people's champ in a few years with not only good deals, but eventual decently made pizzas, and forward thinking in terms of getting pizzas to people.

The best part is those Dominos take-out deals. Pizza Hut would practically jail you in the restaurant waiting for an order.

A real shame that Papa John's is doing better. PJ's pizza is made of ingredients that fell off other pizzas. Just absolute trash tier and it works over Pizza Hut's strategy.

All of the chains have fallen off because they downgraded to the cheapest, barely food grade ingredients trying to increase their profit margin.
All chain restaurants, both fast food and dine-in, have done this.
When your food is shytty, the only thing you can sell is value and convenience.
Little Caesar's and Domino's both understand this.
Pizza Hut is the one dunce in the class who is oblivious and learns the hard way.
