Why Rent In NYC Is Out Of Control Right Now

Was the transition easy or difficult? A culture shock?

Culture shock, but after like 6 months or so I got the rythym of things

I don't get how regular people are able to survive out there with basic jobs. I love the city because this always something to do but I don't love it enough to pay $2500 to live in a closet.

Outside of Manhattan and a few select areas, that dosent happen..

People are still flooding to the city and paying those prices though..

New York rent is dirt CHEAP right now. Broke boys need to move out like everyone else before them.
