It's good to know how to drive manual shift but owning one isn't really necessary. It's more of a preference.
Ive lived in LA, Atlanta and DC with manuals. The 3 worst place in this country regarding traffic. If you drive manuals, you 100% do not ever notice driving a manual in traffic, if you do you just arent good at driving a manual. Everything is automatic mentally, You dont notice it. The only time that you do DO notice is it is when you have to text or eat or some shyt while driving. Things you shouldnt be doing anyway. Thts the only time its noticeable.Have you ever drove a stick in traffic? LA traffic, traffic??? That shyt is annoying as fukk, he speaking facts.
Yeah not gonna lie I suck. Had a Wrx for a little bit as my daily but it was a pain. Had to teach myself on it. Hills were giving me anxiety because the hill hold was inconsistent and sometimes the shyt would just start sliding back soon as a let off the brake. Just little shyt like parking lots with small speed bumps were a headache and felt like an unnecessary hassle. Ended up getting a Grand Cherokee as my daily and winter vehicle. Thinking about getting a Miata manual as my third vehicle one day. Maybe that manual set up is better.I cant drive stick....something I feel is a failure on my part
