If I told people I post random thoughts and reactions on twitter and I frequently post on a messageboard called the coli dot com in 2022 only one of those statements gonna make me look like a psychopath

I saw a video the other day I'll try to find it but basically social media apps have made it harder for non-paid content to go viral/get seen period.

Just because you follow someone doesn't mean their content will pop up on your homepage. And when it does it'll be lost in between Celebrity and influencer accounts most likely.

Those accounts you're not even following talking about shyt you don't care about? Probably paid for a professional accounts.

True for Twitter, TikTok and I imagine Instagram.

This is it pretty much. Sometimes I forget that I even follow certain people because their posts don't show up on my timeline.

Twitter and IG will rather recommend viral posts and retweets than show you posts from small accounts that you follow.
