Been vegetarian all my life but like a.month I went vegan. I noticed I ain't really taste a difference between what I get from Taco Bell etc with cheese and without it so I said just go vegan
but like if it's for health replacing it when impossible burgers and etc is healthier but barely so why not just go back vegetarian and limit my dairy intake. The amount of dairy I was eating was not really enough to say that shyt is killing you

but yeah you right. I feel if you can't taste that much of a difference eating the meal vegan vs not vegan make it vegan. Save an animals life plus healthier but if it's a major difference than fukk that animal imo.
