You had to be loud because back in the day folks were on terrible phones on the continent lol. But now everyone has HD voice due to whats app, and LTE being everywhere.

I think it's an environmental thing, a lot of people in large, densely populated cities; That's the perfect storm for noise in general.

I think the Nigerians tgat were born or raised in the U.S. tend to be less loud, but fresh of the plane Nigerians come with the volume turned up
